For any issues related to the quality of service, you can e-mail us at hello@risio.in or call our support team within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event.
Any complaints in respect of the service should be raised within 24 hours from the service. In the event that refund is to be processed for the service it shall be initiated only within 24 Hours from the date of service. The refund amount shall be credited to the user’s account within 5 – 7 working days.
The decision on whether a refund is to be provided will be at the sole discretion of Risio. In case where the User, cancels service within 24 hours of appointment time and/ or the User, does not show up for the appointment booked without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded.
However, where cancellation charges have been levied, you would not be entitled to complete refund even if you have cancelled beforehand.
Please note that Risio reserves the right to cancel appointments for the following reasons:
If there are no elevators in your building
Failure to be present at the time of scheduled appointment
