You should visit the dentist once every 6 months. However, if you face any discomfort, please schedule a visit to your dentist immediately.
During a general consult, your dentist will check your oral cavity to make sure that there are no signs of decay, and cavity, and to ensure your general oral health.

Here are some tips to ensure good oral health:
- Always brush your teeth before going to bed
- Don’t neglect your tongue
- Rinse your mouth after consuming anything – food or drink
- Flossing is as important as brushing
- Limit sugary, acidic, and sticky foods.
- Visit your dentist every 6 months.
